The video is choppy. How can I fix it?

If a video doesn't play continuously it may be due to your connection speed. A broadband connection with 500+ Kbps is required for continuous playback on MeettheBoss.com.

It's also possible that your video download speed is slow or inconsistent. In this case, you can try pausing the video until the entire stream is downloaded, then play the video.

My screen is frozen. What should I do?

If your screen freezes or becomes uncontrollable, you may need to adjust your PC's video card settings.

First, visit your video card manufacturer's website and update your video drivers as needed. To find out which video card your computer uses:

  2. Double-click "Display."
  3. Click "Settings," then click "Advanced."

I can't see the video portion of my content. What should I do?

If the video portion of the content you're trying to view is poor or doesn't appear, make sure your computer has at least a 16 MB video card with the latest drivers You should also make sure your display is set to 32 bit color.

To update your display settings:

For PCs:

  1. Click "Start," then click "Control Panel."
  2. Double-click "Display."
  3. Click "Settings"
  4. Under "Colour quality," select "Highest (32 bit)" from the drop-down menu.
  5. Click "OK."
For Macs:

  1. Click the Apple icon.
  2. Click "System Preferences."
  3. Click "Displays."

I can't hear the audio part of my content. What should I do?

If you can't hear the audio, try the following:

  1. Adjust the volume control on your computer.
  2. Adjust the volume controls on other video players, such as Real Player, Quicktime, or Windows Media, which may affect your computer's volume level.
  3. Confirm that your system meets the minimum requirements.
  4. Play other videos. If the audio works for other videos, the audio problem you've experienced is likely related to a specific video, not your system.

If you are using a Macintosh Computer, Please try the following:

  1. In your System Settings, locate the Mac OS X Audio MIDI Setup.
  2. Make sure you have chosen "Built-In Audio."
  3. Change the Audio Output from 96000 Hz (this is default) to 44100 Hz. Additionally, make sure the volume bar for your Built-In Audio is not on "Mute."

Why can't I play this video in my browser?

Your system must meet the following requirements to stream videos:

  1. Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher.
  2. Firefox 1.1+, IE 5.0+, or Safari 1.0+.
  3. A broadband connection with 500+ Kbps.

To enable JavaScript in Internet Explorer, follow these steps:

To enable JavaScript in Firefox, please follow these steps:

  3. We also recommend checking the "Load images automatically" check box.
  4. Click "OK."

Finally, if you have ad blocker, popup blocker, internet security, or anti-virus software installed, it may cause JavaScript to malfunction. Many browsers and applications allow you to disable the blocking or security mechanisms for specific websites. Disabling these features for MeettheBoss.com will disable them within individual playback pages as well.
